Adam Repucha
Despite his modest publishing output, Warsaw-based musician Adam Repucha has, over the course of more than a decade of activity, forged a reputation as one of Poland's most talented songwriters, circling influences from American primitive guitar and hyper-intimate, Sufjanesque indie folk. He gained wide recognition with the song Zabierz mnie do morza, which was featured in the Sundance award-winning film All Sleepless Nights (in which he also starred); apart from this song, Repucha has released only two studio singles, the 80s sophisti-pop invoking Lepszy świt and Atlas wysp. He has co-written lyrics on albums by Jerz Igor and Better Person, and featured on albums by Lutto Lento and Piernikowski; his first EP, consisting of live recordings from the Holograms video session, was released in 2021.
