Young Chinese Dogs
Young Chinese Dogs are a German folk pop band from Munich. In 2011 Nick Reitmeier founded the band together with Oliver Anders Hendriksson and Birte Hanusrichter. On 22 June 2012, the EP Live in a Cardboard Box was published. In October 2013 followed the debut album Farewell to Fate. The booking took over the label Grand Hotel van Cleef and sent the Young Chinese Dogs among others on tour with Young Rebel Set. In 2014, the band delivered the soundtrack to various films, including Seitensprung (ARD) and Zweimal zweites Leben (ZDF). In addition, the band lent their voices to the cartoon characters in the movie Coconut, the little Dragon. In August 2015 appeared the second album Great Lake State, which got into the local charts in the first week on place 87. The album was produced by Hendriksson and mixed in Los Angeles by Damien Lewis.
