Mário Bihári

Mário Bihári is a Slovak singer, clarinetist, accordionist and pianist of Romani origin working in the Czech Republic. He has been blind since the age of eight. In 1998 he became a member of the musical group Koa, which accompanied the author and performer duo Zuzana Navarová - Iván Gutiérrez. After Iván Gutiérrez left, Mário Bihári also started singing and composing his own songs. After the death of Zuzana Navarová in December 2004, Mário Bihári became the main author of Koa. Now that Koa is no longer active, he performs either solo or with his new group Bachtale Apsa.
