The Vistula Museum in Wyszogród
The Museum of Central Vistula and Wyszogród Land was established in 2012 and since 2018 it has been a Branch of the Mazovian Museum in Płock. Housed in the building of the former Branch of the Płock Scientific Society in Wyszogród at 1 Rynek St., the institution collects and documents artefacts related to sailing, trade and customs of the people living on the Middle Vistula and the area of the former Wyszogród Land. In addition to sections on archaeology, ethnography, multiculturalism and world wars, there is a section illustrating the flora and fauna of this section of the river.
