The Museum of Mazovian Jews

The museum and its exhibition are housed in the 19th-century building of the former synagogue at 7 Kwiatka Street. Here, less than ninety years ago, the religious Jewish residents of Płock prayed and their children learned the secrets of the holy books. After the Second World War, instead of benches with chairs for these religious little ones, knitting machines stood and a tailor's cooperative operated. And now there is the Museum of Mazovian Jews, which since 2013 has been spinning the tale of Jewish history and tradition in Plock, in Mazovia, in Poland.
