The House of Literature in Warsaw
The House of Literature in Warsaw is located in two historic tenement houses, right next to the Castle Square and the Royal Castle. Literary organisations and institutions have their headquarters here, as well as the Polish Writers' Donation Library, which holds around 70,000 volumes. For nearly 70 years, the House of Literature has been an important place on the cultural map of the capital. Meetings with writers, personalities from the world of culture and science, and artists are held there.
