Stan Starry

Born in Gotha, Germany, Stan Starry, whose real name is Marco Kirchner, began collecting vinyl and immersing deeper and deeper in the variety of electronic music. The beginnings of his entry to the German club scene were in Erfurt.

There, he played his first gigs. Not much later he also turned records at Berlin parties. He soon attracted the attention of the exile Thuringians around Marcus Meinhardt and Empro and helped him getting further bookings. He has played at many famous clubs such as Kater Blau, Hoppetosse or Sisyphos and at festivals such as Sonne Mond und Sterne Festival.
