Skansen Rzeki Pilicy w Tomaszowie Mazowieckim

The Pilica River Heritage Park is located less than a quarter of a mile by bus from the railroad station in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, opposite the entrance to the Niebieskie Springs Landscape Nature Reserve. In a small area there are many interesting objects gathered, which in various ways are connected with the history of the Pilica River. A visitor who crosses the decorative gate of the open-air museum is struck by the diversity of objects, both buildings and vehicles, machines and devices arranged among them. What is characteristic for the Nadpilicza area in the vicinity of Tomaszów Mazowiecki is gathered here and is connected with: milling, battles that took place in the area and with Spała.
