Stara Praga has for years been a unique and magical part of Warsaw. In the center of the distric, on the premisses of the old Warsaw Vodka Factory "Koneser" a new project is being developed. Among the XIX century brick buildings are created a cultural center, lofts, busines center and a shopping centre. the place is open for a variety of cultural events.
