Ostblockschlampen, also known as The Eastblock Bitches, are a German DJ and producer duo consisting of Sophie Schäfer and Markus Lange. that has existed since 2009 and is active. Their music is a mix of Dirty Dutch, EDM, Trap and Moombahton. Markus Lange has been a producer since 2003 and has worked with labels such as Great Stuff Records Edition Craft Music. Sophie Schäfer has been a producer since 2007 and has published on the London label Simma Records. In 2009 they founded the Ostblockschlampen project together. They played at various festivals such as SonneMondSterne or Laundry Day. In 2015 they contributed a remix for Praise Abort from Lindemann's debut album Skills in Pills. In 2017 the song The Dab is Dead, based on Bitter Sweet Symphony was released.
