Newen Afrobeat

Newen Afrobeat is a 13-piece Chilean orchestra that creates music inspired by the work of Nigerian musician Fela Kuti. With a particular Latin stigma, the Newens unite African rhythms with colourful and energetic staging, embedded with a deep social message that speaks of their roots and the social movements in their country.
