Miejskie Centrum Kultury in Żywiec is a local government cultural institution. The aim of the institution is to meet the cultural needs of the inhabitants of Żywiec by creating and disseminating various fields of culture and professional and amateur art. An important task is the coordination of cultural activities having to develop the involvement and active participation of residents in the cultural life of the city.
