Łysa Góra + Velesar + Pampeluna
Łysa Góra and Velesar will perform in Skarżysko-Kamienna.
Łysa Góra is a folk soul firmly rooted in the Slavic soil, growing among energetic arrangements. They move between folk, rock and a heavy, deep metal sound. They draw most of their lyrics from both the traditions of the Polish countryside and the culture of Poland's eastern neighbours. Łysa Góra has two folk metal albums to their credit - To i hola and Siadaj, nie gadaj - and an acoustic one Oj Dolo. The band is currently working on their fourth album, kept heavy. Łysa Góra will be joined by Velesar, one of the most recognisable Polish representatives of folk metal. The formation was founded in Cieszyn in 2018, initially as a solo project, by Marcin Wieczorek - former vocalist of the bands Goddess of Sin and Radogost, as well as founder of the band River of Time. His main inspirations come from Slavic mythology, ancient beliefs and rituals, but also fairy tales and legends that are remnants of the cultural heritage of the ancient Slavs. Velesar has two studio albums to their credit: Dziwadła (2019) and Szczodre Gody (2021). The third band, Pampeluna, is a group from Koszalin formed in 2007 and featuring three vocalists. During their debut year, the band took part in as many as 8 festivals where they won a total of 11 awards. On 2 April 2010, the band's debut album, La Curva, was released, and in July of that year the band performed on the main stage of the Woodstock Festival. Subsequent albums were 777 and Bunt, released in 2013 and 2017 respectively. The single Wyietrzyć łeb was on the Antyradia charts for four months and was nominated in the Polish hit of the year 2017 category.
