Ludzie i krajobrazy: O podróżach po Mazowszu

Where to look for inspiration for travel in the Mazovia region? How did the first sightseers think about building up the tourist image of the region and what has changed since then? Why today's interest in micro-tours and the new popularity of sightseeing? How to see the contribution of different ethnic, national and religious groups to the cultural landscape of Mazovia?

People and Landscapes: On Travelling in Mazovia is a meeting devoted to travelling in Mazovia. A pretext for the discussion will be a presentation of the project Multicultural Mazovia carried out by the Association Pracownia Etnograficzna. It looks at the ethnic, national and religious diversity of Mazovia to encourage people to explore it.

• Piotr Kubkowski, employee of the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw, researcher in the cultural history of sightseeing and travel, board member of the Landscape Association
• Adam Robiński, journalist and author of travel, sightseeing and nature books
• Anna Bińka and Justyna Orlikowska, ethnographers from the Association Pracownia Etnograficzna, members of the team of the project "Multicultural Mazovia".
