Faculty of law of Charles University is one of the four original faculties of Charles University, was founded already in 1348. The Faculty is housed in a building built in 1926-1929, on the waterfront of the River Vltava at cechuv bridge in Prague. The building in the neoclassical style designed by the founder of modern Czech architecture Jan Kotěra, after his death, the project was completed by Ladislav Machoněm.
