Adam X
Adam X is a US producer and DJ whose musical career began in Brooklyn, New York City in 1990. His earliest productions were released at that time and soon gave him momentum as one of the most accomplished DJs on the global underground techno scene.
Together with pioneer and his brother Frankie Bones, he also opened the doors of groove Records in Brooklyn, an electronic music outlet with a clear focus on techno. The groove Records team was also part of the organizations of the first techno events in NYC, such as the legendary Storm Rave, whose history begins in 1991. Storm Rave was the first pure techno warehouse party on the entire West Coast.
A unique perspective and precise knowledge of music can also be seen in his DJ and live sets. Adam's perspective on acid techno, which was dominant in the early nineties, and the combination with industrial and EBM put him on the long map of techno worldwide.
