Amotik
Amotik is a techno DJ and producer who has made a name for himself with his style of hypnotic atmospheric techno with a relentless, raw undertone. Amotik released his debut album Vistār in late 2019. The album received the Album of the Month award in Mixmag and was featured as an Essential Album in Groove Magazine. The release was accompanied by a debut live tour where he performed at Berghain, Fabric, Fuse, The Block, Rex Club, Awakenings and many other venues.
In 2021, AMTK Radio was launched – a regular vinyl show on Berlin institution HÖR. The show is presented live in radio format and features guests such as Boris, Claire Morgan, Dustin Zahn and Reka Zalan. His second album Patanjali was released in early 2022. The follow-up LP features 10 tracks of ambient elements, broken beats and textured soundscapes, with a base firmly rooted in techno, avoiding trends of the month and staying true to his signature sound.
