On the next, 57th wave of sound you will be able to hear the Grupę Etyka Kurpina, Lensk and Julek Płoski.

Grupa Etyka Kurpina performs an experimental assembly of magnetic tapes live. Using samples cut from abandoned cassettes, VHS, old radio broadcasts, he builds a kind of radio play using analogue reporter players. The background to the sound events are field recordings, improvisation on tape loops and feedback. He is inspired by the achievements of artists associated with the Studio Eksperymentalne Polskiego Radia. To this day he has designed and recorded dozens of sound collages released on 9 albums in the spirit of D.I.Y.

Apart from him, two representatives of Warsaw collectives – Lensk (Mestiço) and Julek Płoski (BAS) will play. Lensk is fresh after the debut of his latest album, appreciated in Poland and abroad, while Julek Płoski remains one of the favourites of the Polish electronic music underground after his performance at Unsound and last year's debut - Tesco.
