KEØMA
KEØMA is a music project consisting of the musicians Kat Frankie and Chris Klopfer. They refer to their music as "Night Drive Pop". As solo artists, both have already had some success when Kat Frankie met Chris Klopfer in 2011 after one of her concerts in Cologne. It quickly turned out that they had the same musical preferences. They decided to work together – but remotely. Klopfer lives in Cologne and the Australian singer/songwriter Frankie found her new home in Berlin in 2004 . The result of this encounter was an EP and a joint album, which was released on January 29, 2016. The duo was touring from 3 to 20 March 2016 in twelve Germany cities in. Due to great demand, there was an additional concert on 28 March in Berlin, where the final concert took place on 20 March. KEØMA participated in the ESC preliminary vote Our Song for Stockholmwith their song Protected on February 25, 2016. They took eighth out of ten participants with 3.32% of the votes cast in the first voting.
