Goyki 3 Art Inkubator
Art Incubator is an institution whose primary task is to carry out activities to create and disseminate culture, cultural education and support for creative communities. The Art Incubator is involved in building a network of cooperation between national and international communities, organising artistic residencies and creative work programmes. It documents phenomena accompanying cultural life and popularises the culture and history of the city of Sopot. The Art Incubator is intended to serve artists as a place to work, a meeting place, but also as a place to acquire new skills. Among the activities on offer are meetings with worldwide guests, tutors, thinkers, and activists, whom Art Incubator invites to its doorstep.
Goyki 3 The Art Incubator is based in the historic Jüncke Villa at 3 Jakub Goyki Street in Sopot. The landmark palace from 1894, with a viewing tower (open to the public), houses art studios, office and multi-purpose rooms and two specialised studios: a screen printing room and a darkroom. The rooms are made available to artists for the duration of their projects.
