Gallery of Good Art

The Gallery is housed in a brick, two-storey building built in 1875 in the classicist style, originally with an entrance gate to the courtyard. This building used to be the seat of the Orthodox clergy, hence the name "Popówka". During the interwar period it was the seat of the Roman Catholic Bishop. In 1973 the building was given to the Częstochowa Museum.
