The main purpose of the SLP Gallery is to create meaningful conversations about society, focusing on social and environmental issues. At the same time, it promotes human equality and unity through art. Artists of all mediums and backgrounds are welcomed to Gallery SLP.
Gallery SLP was founded by American art curator and gallery owner Sara Lily Perez. GSLP opened its doors to the public on July 30 with Breathing Waves, an interactive environmental exhibition about coral bleaching by Central Saint Martins alumna and textile artist Paola Idrontino, whose mesmerizing wearable sculptures can be counted among the most poignant artistic and environmental fashion statements of 2021.
