Galeria Miasta Ogrodów

The exhibition space was established in 2010 for artistic activities in connection with Katowice's participation in the competition for the title of European Capital of Culture 2016. Originally, the gallery was located on Sienkiewicza Street, and in 2016 it was moved to the KMO building. It is the flagship exhibition space of the City of Gardens, intended for contemporary art in a broad definition. It particularly promotes the revealing attitudes of Polish and world-famous artists who use classical, but above all new media forms of creative expression.
