From 2011 to 2015, many of the exhibitions presented in "The Five" were devoted to themes referring to Silesia or being a presentation of works of Silesian artists. The curators of this exhibition space were Grzegorz Jędrzejowski and Grażyna Tereszkiewicz.
Since 2016, the Gallery has been dedicated to visual arts inspired by music, due to the city of Katowice joining the UNESCO Network of Creative Cities. Since then, the gallery has been curated by Katarzyna Łata-Wrona. The vernissages of exhibitions presented in this space are complemented by a sound layer of the so-called "music introductions", which take place in the adjacent music hall. Throughout the exhibition, it is often accompanied by a presentation in sound form.
