Dritte Wahl
Dritte Wahl is a German Punk rock band from Rostock in Germany. Dritte Wahl first performed in 1988. Their music is best described as political punk rock which they have already been playing back in East Germany. The band was founded by Holm, Busch’n, Gunnar und Krel. However, bass player Holm left Dritte Wahl in 1991 and the remaining line-up consisted of Busch’n, who died in 2005 (vocals, bass), Gunnar (guitar, vocals) and Krel (drums) back then. In their lyrics, the band often deals with personal or socially critical content, making their left-wing political position clear.
