Culk
Culk is an Austrian indie rock band from Vienna, consisting of Sophie Löw (vocals, guitar, keys, synths), Johannes Blindhofer (guitar), Benjamin Steiger (bass) and Christoph Kuhn (drums). Their debut album Culk, released in 2019, is a mix of psychdelic rock, 60s nonchalance reminiscent of Velvet Undeground, and post-punk. Their second album Zerstreuen über Euch was released in 2020 and serves as a critique of deep-rooted patriarchal structures and gender differences.
