Crayfox
In the autumn of 2003, six musicians from Dresden and the surrounding area met at Mauntix Studio Königsbrück to record single songs by Mario Spindler and Babett Herrmann for a studio project. Participating musicians quickly became enthusiastic about the material of the song, but at the time they played in various regional bands in eastern Saxony, so everyone wanted to spend more time on the project to create a recording and be present live. When the missing keyboardist was found in February 2004, they quickly agreed on the name and direction of the music - Crayfox was launched. From the first concerts in the spring of 2004, Crayfox played in this cast at various events and was consistently received positively by the audience. The first album, Rise, contains medium-tempo rock songs such as Stornger and You'll Rise Again, and it's perfectly complemented by carefree pop rock and affectionate ballads. At the end of 2010, the band parted because of many other music interests and activities. After 5 years, the time has come to reactivate the band, and together with Sebastian Belk and Mario Schmiedgen two new members have been found. Since then, Crayfox can be heard again and seen live.
