Amyl and The Sniffers
Rock, Punk | Amyl and The Sniffers is an Australian punk band which orientates their sound on AC/DC, Dolly Parton and Die Antwoord. The Sniffers, already legendary in their hometown, have played their international debut in May 2018 on the Great Escape Festival, followed by two sold out headline shows in London and a tour with King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard across the USA.
Amyl and The Sniffers was founded by Amy Taylor (vocals), Bryce Wilson (drums) and Declan Martens (guitar) in 2016 in their flatshare in Melbourne. Later, Gus Romer (bass) joined to complete the line up. Only twelve hours after being founded, The SNiffers wrote a couple of songs and released their debut EP Giddy Up. A little later the Big Attraction EP followed. Amyl and The Sniffers are signed under Flightless Records isnce the beginning of 2018 and recorded their debut album together with Joey Walker (King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard).
