Alicja Węgorzewska
Singer, mezzo-soprano, born in Szczecin. A graduate of the piano class at the Secondary Music School in Szczecin and the Faculty of Vocal and Acting at the Academy of Music in Warsaw. She promotes the art of opera also outside the walls of theatres and concert halls. She is a frequent guest in the media. She has appeared as a guest on many television programmes such as Singing pianos, Jaka to melodia, Kocham Cię Polsko, Familiada dedicating the funds won to charity. She greeted the New Year three times with Polsat viewers at midnight with live performances in Krakow's Old Town Square and on Constitution Square in Warsaw. She gained immense popularity as a charismatic and competent juror in the programme Bitwa na głosy. She took part in the recording of an anthem for children with autism with world hip-hop stars such as Snoop Dogg, Kurtis Blow, Curtis Young.
