Adam Jarzmik
Adam Jarzmik is a pianist, graduate of the Academy of Music in Katowice and currently a lecturer. At the age of 17, he made his debut at the festival "Starzy i Młodzi czyli Jazz w Krakowie" with his quartet. The period of studies with the specialisation in "Composition and Arrangement" had the greatest impact on the pianist's professional artistic path. It was then that he founded his own band, the Adam Jarzmik Quintet, the effects of whose intensive and creative work have been awarded at all jazz festivals and competitions in Poland. The results of this group are the three albums Euphoria as well as Live At Radio Katowice and On The Way Home with the guest appearance of New York guitarist Mike Moreno. Featured in JazzForum magazine's Jazz Top 2017 poll in two categories "New Hope - Band" and "New Hope - Musician". Artistic director of the Amy Winehouse Symphonically and Integracja Painted with Sound projects. In his career to date, he has performed in New York, Russia, Romania, Spain, Slovakia and England, among others.
