Abdel Hady

The man behind the Abdel Hady moniker is Nadim Elhady from Zurich, who has been behind the decks since 2006 and has made himself a name as a part of the emerging Miteinander Musik music collective. As his name already implies, his inspirations hail from the Nile's shores.

That is also where his efforts to weave oriental elements into his sets and productions come from. His track Selfish, which appeared on Miteinander Musik's first sampler, was later edited by him and his father, Aladin Elhady, who contributed Arab vocals. He also produced an EP with Berlin-based producer Edward Ean, a friend and colleague.
